Jinky de Guzman of Dagupan City led 29 IELTS test-takers at Brainstorm in the May 10 IELTS Test conducted at Hotel Veniz and at Cooyeesan Hotel. With 8.5 Band Score in Speaking, just 0.5 shy of the perfect 9.0 and 8 in the Overall band, Jinky proved that IELTS is not the unsurmountable test as others feel it is.
Sharing the spotlight and joining the "Milestones" is Jeremy Manila from Bacnotan, La Union with 8 Overall Band. He also got 8 in Writing, 8.5 in Reading as well as in Listening.
