A dark horse who postponed his test twice is on top of his fellow IELTS testers from Brainstorm in the January 12, 2008 IELTS Test held in Baguio City.
Mark Anthony Quinit, who enrolled at Brainstorm-Dagupan on September 24 2007 is the typical shy guy from Calasiao. However, this did not deter him from becoming a confident speaker and as a testament to this is his 7.5 Speaking band score. Equally impressive are his Listening band score at 8.0; his Reading is 8.5; his Writing is 7.0 and his Overall Band is 8.0.
