Into the "Milestones" are Lesley Ann Tamayo of Brainstorm-Dagupan and Angela Pamela Rubianes of Brainstorm-Urdaneta, both garnering 8.5 in Listening. Joining them are Lene Ann Bilagot who had 8 in Reading and Speaking and five others who got 8 in Speaking. Among them are: Melanie Cerezo, Sarah Michelle Caburian and Rachelle Ann Bantog from Dagupan City; Wilfred Khristian Flores from San Fernando City and Ruby Ann Galdones from Candon.
